| Sild (the Estonian word for “bridge”)
brings together two young internationally acclaimed
musicians: Sille Ilves, an exquisite singer, fiddler
and hiiu-kannel player from Estonia and the innovative
Welsh guitarist Martin Leamon. Formed in 2001,
they intertwine Estonian and Welsh musical cultures
to create a timeless, haunting, folk-inspired
music. Sild return to Chapter to play from their
new album “Tro” (“journey”
in Welsh): a breathtaking musical voyage.
